Pepper Hill Farm is an Equestrian facility located on Route 73 in South Thomaston, Maine. The facility features:

• 16-stall stable – all stalls are 12‘x12’, 13 with double dutch doors and access to the outside, the other 3 stalls with windows only
• Three small barns located around the property with individual stalls and attached paddocks
• 100’x200′ outdoor riding arena
• 100’x175′ indoor insulated riding arena (lit with LED’s)
• 60 ft. Round Pen
• Many grass and stone-dust paddocks
• Heated tack room with seating and a large lockable locker (per stall) fitted with two saddle racks, bridle and blanket racks, + storage, electricity & lighting
• Heated interior wash stall with ample lighting (from above and sides), overhead wash wand and cross ties
• Heated “breakroom” with seating, refrigerator, microwave, sink and bathroom. An outdoor “break area” is situated just outside of the breakroom with picnic tables
• Washer and Dryer
• Full-service care (with overnight presence on-site)
• 28-acres with trails and future cross-country route
• 45-minute ride on horseback to Birch Point Beach State Park (ocean-front access)
